Constable John Rademaker
John Rademaker serves the people of the Pima County communities of Catalina, Oro Valley, the Tucson Foothills and Mt. Lemmon as the Constable of Justice Precinct 1 of the Pima County Consolidated Justice Court. The Constable is the elected Executive Officer of the Court and is an Arizona Peace Officer. He is responsible for Court Orders that include Domestic Violence Orders of Protection, Injunctions Against Harassment, Writs of Restitution and Execution, and Criminal and Civil Summonses and Subpoenas and other Orders issued by the Justice Court and other Courts as appropriate.
Constable Rademaker has an excellent working relationship with the primary Law Enforcement agencies in Justice Precinct 1, the Pima County Sheriff's Department and the Oro Valley Police Department. He has received training from the Pima County Sheriff's Department, the Tucson Police Department, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department and AZPOST (the Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training Board).
Constable Rademaker, the Associate Presiding Constable for Pima County, is a member of the Arizona Constables Association and the National Constables and Marshalls Association. He is Certified by the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program, the Mental Health First Aid Program of the National Council for Behavioral Health, and the American Heart Association First Aid CPR AED Program. He is the Pima County Constables' liaison for the Animal Cruelty Task Force and is a Board member of that organization.
Arizona Constables are elected every four years by the constituents of their Justice Precinct. Republican Constable Rademaker was endorsed in his 2016 campaign by the Arizona State Fraternal Order of Police, the Oro Valley Fraternal Order of Police, the Fraternal Order of Police Pima Lodge 20 representing Pima County Sheriff's Deputies and the Pima County Deputy Sheriff's Association.
